“
I enjoy working at Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry because they embrace new and innovative treatment options and this allows me to provide the best possible care while continuously learning and growing. Being part of a multidisciplinary team offers valuable collaboration, diverse perspectives, and a holistic approach to treatment, which enhances both professional development and patient outcomes. Additionally, the sense of community within a group practice fosters connection, support, and shared purpose, creating an environment where both clients and clinicians can thrive.

Life’s difficulties can either propel individuals forward or leave them feeling stuck, anxious, angry, and depressed, often taking a toll on interpersonal relationships and creating a sense of imbalance. Kristen provides a safe and supportive environment where clients can openly process challenging life experiences, empowering them to cultivate more fulfilling lives and meaningful connections.
Kristen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families impacted by trauma. She operates from a core belief that the mind and body are deeply interconnected. Past traumatic experiences are often stored in the body, leading to physical symptoms, particularly for those who experience emotions intensely.
With extensive experience delivering therapeutic interventions across various clinical settings—including outpatient, home, school, community, and hospital environments—Kristen has worked with individuals facing acute and complex challenges. She has specialized training in complex trauma and takes a holistic approach to therapy, integrating trauma-informed modalities that help clients regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with themselves and others.
Dedicated to ongoing clinical growth, Kristen is passionate about exploring innovative therapy modalities. She currently serves as a Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapist at Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry, where she provides individual and group Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and integration.
Kristen understands that entering or reentering therapy can be a difficult decision, often accompanied by doubt and fear. She meets clients exactly where they are, providing a compassionate, nonjudgmental space while guiding them toward healing and self-discovery. She firmly believes that every individual has the capacity to heal from within.
